Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Manoyukti, we strive to provide a caring, respectful, and flexible counselling experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate such situations fairly. Here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works
For Scheduled Counselling Sessions
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: Eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows (missed sessions without notice): Also considered a late cancellation — no refund.
- Sessions may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, subject to counsellor availability, without any extra charges.
Cancellations by Counsellors or Manoyukti
- If your counsellor cancels or if Manoyukti needs to cancel your session, you can choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
- In case of a reschedule, we will work with you to find a suitable time.
- If you prefer a refund, please note that it may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the session.
Late Arrivals & Session Timing
- If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and no refund will be issued.
- If your counsellor is late, and the delay exceeds 1 hour, you may cancel and request a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
Platform Policy Violations
Refunds will not be provided if a session is disrupted due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, misuse of the platform, or any breach of our community guidelines. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all users, and expect the same in return.
Technical or Unexpected Session Interruptions
In the event of a session disruption caused by technical issues or platform errors on our side, we will evaluate the circumstances and offer a suitable resolution—either a refund or the option to reschedule—based on your preference.
